Man I know how it feels to do all the work and not get any kills. I remember a couple of games where the enemy seemed to burn EVERYTHING just to stop me from getting the kills. If my math is correct then horizon would do more dmg even to tanks cuz the ap and 10% plus the pen u get for mythic bonus is more then the pen from boots yet again u could add a dps bonus from the movespeed cuz u can get faster to fights and follow team better i think in the end its the same dps but horizon deals more burst.
