Interesting. Other equipment too .. there needs to be a weapon master champ coming out sometime soon, otherwise I feel like they'd have given Jax some support already. Perhaps this means that Runeterran champs that seem to rely more on the "subtypes" genre (rather than Bard or Jhin, for example) might be getting some love in the form of supporting champs. Hopefully more expansion like Cultist to come, like they will focus their attention elsewhere after Aatrox

I really hope that Riot uses rotations to change up Demacia's portfolio. Vayne is cool but every new release Demacia only gets a new shade of Rally/Free Attack or Strike. I know it is their identity but there is no other region that is so retricted by the color pie, every other region has more distinct and different archetypes. Lux remains the only outlier and she is a foundation champ.

The reason why this iteration of Vayne for LOR is interesting because champions aren't consistently iterated with their current versions in the lore, just like Riven and Udyr. I'm glad they went with Sentinel Vayne as his default here.

@@Gaze73 didn't like J4 with Kayn, rather play Fiora or even Garen in demacia. He's just too expensive at 6 and only works with kayn once he's leveled. With Kayn being a 5 drop I prefer a cheaper support champ, to set him up. And Vayne could do just that.

13:17 you can use Fireth to get Equipements and Fish fight/Sharesies to swap equipmenets between units. The combo between Vayne/Jax, Sharesies and something like Vanguard Firstblade seems nuts.

Also seems like you may want to actually use card management/fish fight to make sure you have the fix-em or fish-a-whack in hand for that Bloodfeather Harpy. First strike or overwhelm on a (now) 8-4 scout? Then the revive. Could be a neat finisher

@@BoxBoy_99 I don't think harpy is even necessary (in fact, it may be too slow). Maybe 1 of. The thing is, Jax alone grows like crazy with the free attacks, remember his buff is "this round" so it stacks with multiple attacks in a round. I feel like the combo would be leveling jax, then attacking and using Sharesies to put Icathia's light on a Vanguard Firstblade or Vayne (or Harpy, but losing Light would suck), so both of them have QA and overwhelm. Fish fight also works but Jax loses the keywords so you would need another equipment. Not like it's a big deal tho. TLDR: Icathia's light + Sharesies + Free attacks is fucking insane.

Idk I watched a video after making this comment where someone who has access to the open beta patch yesterday was putting 3 harpies in a deck xD so they seem to think it's good... Not sure if in the main game but in poc if you have a scout unit with a free attack you gain the attack token and trigger certain attack token effects

You do if you activate a free attack on you opponents turn you get the token. Meaning you get an entire attack round you can level up vayne in 2 turns

Both Fish Fight and Icathian Myths in Demacia combined with Vayne loving equipped allies/equipment that’s 2 or less, definitely seems like the devs intended for Jax to be paired with Demacia/Vayne.

After the ruination event (where a lot of champions became sentinels for no reason), Vayne kept being a sentinel, which makes sense for her character, she is a demon/monster hunter, why not be a sentinel too? So, Sentinel Vayne is her current canon form.

You could totally play demacia with freljord! Petricite unit that makes spells cost more works perfectly with equipment! Just one idea You can combo it with the new darkin demacia unit and make it even harder to remove with tumble! You could pair it with the new freljord 5 cost unit that gives allies overwhelm and the new 4 cost harsh winds if you cant find petricite unit :)

I think i will make a Kayn/vayne deck. As kayn likes getting free attacks especially when you level up to rhaast (still decent on blue). But i like rhaast better because he becomes basically unkillable battering ram as long as they don't have hard removal.

Nami nerf is enough to kill my interest in playing her at least, though I was more interested in making units big and beefy than elusives hit for a bunch. But I think it should be enough since you can remove elusives with challenger or pings easier, though I'm not a meta analysis expert.

Honestly, I felt dissapointed about Vayne's card. Looks a little low, but Im happy for seeing more Weaponsmaster support.
