After full build you should sell Attack speed boots and get wits end cause it gives on-hit damage, movement speed on attack, magic resist, more attack speed than greaves, as well as mythic bonus

Mercurial was changed from having lifesteal to having Crit. Making it work with their new 5 item crit setup. (20% crit on each item)

The only issue with 100% crit vayne is positioning matters intensely as there's less utility. I think Bloodthirster, cringebow and mortal reminder were probably better pickups than PD kraken and RFC, though the occasional extra range from RFC is certainly nice

you should do a build where you only buy one type of each item. So one item for your head/neck, one for your torso/belt, one for your feet, one for each hand (preferably weapon and shield/book/ring, but two smaller weapons would work as well), and one wildcard item (i.e. doesn't fit into a regular role, frozen heart, deaths dance, mikael's blessing, redemption, shadowflame, triforce etc.). I think it would be fun to try and limit the type of build you can go

The math is pretty simple. Rageblade turns 1% crit chance into 2 on-hit damage. For the purpose of an auto attack, you're spending 600g to get 30 damage, and with Phantom Hit it's more like 40. Buying two Long Swords at 700g only gets you 20 damage. Normally, the tradeoff is that AD actually applies to your abilities, but Vayne doesn't care about AD, so the on-hit damage is over twice as gold efficient as buying AD.

Zwag, don't know if you have done it yet but an on-hit yasuo or yone game would be fun to see. Since you only need one more crit item after rageblade to reap the full benefit you can hit a lot more of the on hit items. I would say kraken/shieldbow ->boots->rageblade->bork->titanic->wits.
