He encouraged all other guests to talk about their roles even when they felt embarrassed to do so with TC present. Then paid very close attention and showed genuine interest. Such humility is really admirable. Definitely earned my respect

I love the format of this show where all the guests come out at the same time. They're all interested in each other and you always see a different side of them that you don't see on other talk shows. Tom Cruise is a HUGE star as Graham said but not a prima donna. Catherine is a VERY funny woman! Cobie and Jude defer to Tom as one would. It's always interesting to see actors in the company of someone THEY consider to be a star.
