This is simply my opinion, but from what I remember they were simply adding an additional heat hole over another part of the residence. I believe the heat hole you are referring to was over the garage, while the existing one was over the rear of the house. Thanks for the interest and view of my video.

Thanks for the interest in my videos. The police escort was due to the pd units being in the area and also en route to the structure fire...just an added measure of safety going through the intersection.
