How work VCT IN-game hud?

They utilize in Game API. It fetches the data from RIOTS open API and you craft it to your liking. It requires knowledge of code, and understanding of scripting. I can show you, if you'd like. It is wonderful though, when used correctly. This is also how you recreate the champ Select from league of legends and make it look like your own graphical theme.
