we as Tamil of Srilanka Has been suffered a lot during war time by Srilankan police.Specially during my Student period when l stayed in colombo. For evey thing doing with police we need to give money other wise simply they do anything to Tamils with labeling as terroist.

No Mate , police are correct. If anyone has an international driver's license, the person should get an additional certificate from one of the transport offices in Colombo. A few years back when I drove the car in Sri Lanka I got it .

you are 100% correct. youtuber as well as the tourists and also any common man too, should know the correct law of the land very thoroughly before talking and making any criticism. majority of the police do not even know about this. International driver's licence only valid when it is validated by SL RMV office/ ministry of transport . The other matters by some of the police will be dealt by the "Clean Sri Lanka" very soon to a superior level and make our land #1 in the planet, very fast.
