Recipe for: Pan-fried Veal with Vegetables. Quick and Delicious Dinner Recipe!
Necessary products:
400 g of beef, cut into thin julienne strips
150 g of mushrooms, roughly chopped
1 onion, cut into thin half-moons
1 carrot, thinly julienned
1 red pepper, julienned
1 green pepper, julienned
1 spring onion, finely chopped
3 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
50 ml. White wine
A few sprigs of parsley, finely chopped
1 teaspoon of sugar
Salt
Pepper
Thyme
Oil
Method of preparation:
Heat a pan over high heat and add a little oil.
Add the beef and fry for 2-3 minutes, then remove from the pan.
In the same fat, add the mushrooms and fry them until golden.
Add the onion, carrots, red pepper and green pepper. Simmer for 5-6 minutes.
Pour in the white wine and stir. Wait for the wine to evaporate.
Add the sugar and season with salt, pepper and thyme. Stir.
Return the beef to the pan.
Add the garlic and green onions.
Sprinkle with parsley.
Stir and turn off the heat.
