Hi Juan, thanks for writing! I am currently using a Wacom Intuos PT M tablet, which I’ve had for years. It’s a good, basic model that is easy to carry around, but it has almost reached its final days.. I also need to look around for a new tablet soon, will probably go for a similar Wacom model, but maybe a little bigger and better 😊

Do you use a wacom tablet for the sketches? or using the mouse directly ?

I use a Wacom Intuos Pro for my hand drawn animations, but when making vector animation in AE I usually use the mouse :)

Looks amazing! I don't understand how to upload my AI vectors to AE with all the layers so that I could animate them =(

The easiest way is to use a plugin like Overlord that automatically imports your Ai layers to vector layers in Ae. But you can also do it manually if you import them as a composition --> then highlight them all --> right click an choose Create > Create Shapes from Vector Layers :)

@@MathiasLynge_ thank you for your kind reply🙏 i tried doing the second thing you mentioned but the layers were sublayers of the shape and i couldn't rename them. It was so confusing if i wanted to animate, say, only legs of my character, I simply wouldn't find the layer needed. But in the video I can see that every layer is a separate composition with color marking, names. That's what I'm dreaming of haha Ill surely try the plug-in. Thank you lots again👍 enjoy your day
