Thank you again Tinne! These little projects are so much fun, and I have learned a lot about journal making from you! I ink my edges differently. I pick up the ink pad and run each edge against it. I got tired of all the fluff coming off the daubers. I also ordered your tool you use to cut your scor tape. I'm excited to try it!

You could put in elastic instead of ribbon to keep your envelopes altogether it will not be as bulky.

This is a perfect project with perfect timing. I have a niece and nephew both heading off to college in a couple of weeks with a party to see them off coming up quickly. Just finished the first one with ribbon in the school colors . Have the second one ready to assemble. The envelopes will have some gift cards tucked inside to give them a little boost.
