I have purchased vcarve pro when was ver.5.5 and I have upgraded to ver.10.5 and all I can say that I respect vcarve pro,very powerfull and simple to use software.I highly recommend to everyone.These days I will upgrade to newest version,thats for sure.

@@vectric The new interface is great, long overdue! Was just looking at the vcarve inlay toolpath, i'm not clear on the surface gap, is there going to be more documentation/videos on that feature? I'm used to doing it all manually, so trying to translate what I normally do into the new toolpath option.

Oh Shoot! You took away the SAVE icon in the File Operations area in the Design Commands like we had in 11.5

Hello... Well sort of... :) You can add them back in throught the "Options". In the Edit dropdown, you can find Options and then look for the section called... Gereral Settings. You sould see - "Show additional file operations"... switch that you "Yes"... and there you have it. they will show up for you. Give that a go... :)

Thanks for the question - You can download and install the trial version. During the install you will be given several language choices, Chinese is not one of the choices, but there may be one that will work better for you then English.

In sketch tool how do I get rid of the border

Hello and thanks for the question. Create a vector around the part you leaving the boarder out side of the vector. Then in the Sketch Carving toolpath have the bitmap and the vector(s) selected and choose the option in the "Machine Limit Boundary" to use "Selected Vector". That should do the trick. :)

I am new at this want to know when you have created something. Can you use this to make it work? Or have you got? And then put it on card. I haven't used one of these never. So I Ve got a laser one I have picked that up bottom of but I just can't get it to work on my cnc machine. When it comes, put machine doesn't come up with all the machines that you have. It comes up with fox alien and such a succession shot. But it doesn't come up with CNN 4540. That is the machine I have got. Just need a bit of advice.For a new beginner please

If you use Gear gadget, you will not get to use in in version 12, this is what Vectric said in an email to me "It looks like the Gear Gadget would been remaking to V12 but at this time we do not have any timeline for plans to do that"

Hello... if you have been using the gadget in v11.55 then you still can but will need to use that version... not v12. Sorry for the inconvience.

If your going to come out with a new version, that's fine, but don't take away the fruit that you dangled in front of us, this just makes it look like you don't care what your customers think, remember we are the ones that keep your company alive.

just upgrade to this 12.006 and to tell you the truth I find the older version a hell of a lot better you removed the undo feature what am I missing this has made going back easy this is to me a waist of $200 what am I missing if I make a mistake and loose a feature I have to redo manually tell me again how this is better?

When you lead a major release with UI changes being the first "feature", you're telling me there isn't a lot to be excited about. As a V11 customer, I am quite disappointed.

Sorry to hear about that. Please keep a look out for v12.5 and in the future v13... you never know if there will be something come along that you will be interested in. This is a bonus of owning your software, you can make the choice to upgrade if you like.

Don't get me wrong - love you guys and Aspire. I'm actually trying to find a way to justify the upgrade to myself as right now the only two things I see that would be great is, ironically, the fresh interface if it speeds up my workflow and the keep-out zones for the same reason.

You made major upgraded changes based on many many months of testing, so you've become experts using it. So now you show us the new V12 Desktop release changes via a "short" video and expect us to be as efficient as you. Your video of the changes is too quick. Maybe I am slower than the average person, but I use it as a career tool in my industry, fabricating gadgets, gizmos and widgets and not as a fun hobby. V12 is a major change, can you please better define the changes. Thanks Vince
