Technically double sided tape can hold a lot of weight ... though in most use-cases it doesn't. To start, you'd need a proper high quality tape, like 3M VHB and two really flat surfaces, you want to join with the tape ... no uneven weight distribution, no greasy surface, etc etc. In this scenario I'm 100% with vedal ... her expectations were unrealistic 😅
