Sorta missing the point... A lot of hate raids/bot raids are not friendly bots... They'll find ways to spam racist or sexual messages, bypassing filters, and just generally be cruel. If, at that time, a Twitch staff happens to look at the newly boosting channel and see that chat is just a bunch of racists, it looks like the streamer has cultivated a toxic community and for a smaller channel, it's easier to just permaban and move on, with little to no recourse for the streamer.
