sir, n21= n2/n1 = C/v2/C/v1 (after cancelling out C) we have v2/v1. How is that v1/v2. Sir plz correct me if I am wrong. Only that part is confusing.

Hi here to help C/v2/C/v1 after cancelling c. We ge 1/v2 / 1/v1 From basic maths we can write it as 1/v2 x v1 (bcz divide in fraction could be written as reciprocal of the divisor fraction and multiply it by the other fraction) so we get v1 / v2. Or you could use the formula a/b/c/d = ad/cb. You will get the same answer by using this formula tooo
