The house looks like eco-friendly but not an exact eco-friendly construction. Concrete, steel, glass and polycarbonate sheet are high embodied energy materials. But, compared to a complete RCC roofed and cement plastered house it's carbon footprint will be definitely low.

Lot of pests can come in via the pond. Even snakes . Also, no privacy. Ppl. Hiding in the bushes can see everything inside the house via the pond. Kitchen cupboards pathathu. Ventilation is not proper. Those wood surrounding the kitchen stoves can become oily/sticky. Surrounding is full of greenary without fence, it will be scary in the night. Who uses stone/rocky cots for beds? It's inconvenient and will become too cold/hot.. don't know how much sound that the polycarbonate roofs will make. It will be annoying during rainy season for sure.
