Hi Vee!! I love this video and I am so happy for you that you are achieving your goals! Keep going!! Right now I am studying to become a secondary teacher English and Dutch and in on of our courses we learned about motivation and the different kinds of motivations there are (external, internal etc.) I really like it that your tips started with the WHY and the motivation behind it! How do you increase or improve your concentration span. I can only concentrate for a limited amount of time and and getting my mind back into that space is a trip. So I find myself spending most time motivating myself to start a task and when I do its frustrating cause I can only concentrate for a limited amount of time.
