Njan munne oru vattam mulaku bajji undakkiyathane pakshe anne valare dayaneeyamaaya parajayam aayirunnu - bajji varutha shesham maavinte coatingum mulakum separate aayi ponnu. Ini videoil paranjapole onne chooduvellathil mukki "vatti" nokkanam. Pinne njangal, randu divesam munnne Gobi Manchuriyan undakki nokkyirunnu super aayirunnu ( but as any perfectionist would say - there was scope for improvement - because somewhere during the preparation there was a confusion in the amount of water poured - purely my fault - which resulted in a bit "runny" gravy). Thanks for the recipe.
