How to make fluffy Kerala Style Rava Upumavu-Upma :Recipe No 64

Ingredients
Big Onion-1
Semolina-1cup
Ginger chopped-2tsp
Green chilli -3
Grated coconut-2tbsp
Oil-2tbsp
Ghee-1tsp
Hot water-1 3/4 cup
Salt
Mustard seeds-1tsp
Urad dal-2tsp
Dry red chilli-1
Method
Roat rava until light golden shade and keep aside
Heat oil in a pan ,sputter mustard seeds, dry red chilli and urad dal ..
Then add sliced onion, green chilli and ginger .
Saute till onion become translucent
Then add salt and grated coconut
Saute for few second
Then add hot water and 1 tsp of ghee and allow to boil well
check the salt and adjust
Then lower the flame and to that add roasted sooji and mix well ..close the pan and cook for 2 minutes in low flame
then remove from the stove and keep aside and allow to cook for 5-1o minutes
Then open the pan and with a fork puff up the upmava ..so ur tasty umma is ready to serve .. U can sprinkle some sugar if u want

ചേച്ചി പറയാതെ ഇരിക്കാൻ വാക്കുകൾ ഇല്ല അത്ര കിടിലം ആണ് ചേച്ചിയുടെ ഓരോ റെസിപിയും . ഇന്ന് രാവിലെ മോന് ബ്രെക്ക് ഫാസ്റ്റിന് എന്ത് കൊടുക്കും എന്നു ആലോചിച്ചു നിന്നപ്പോൾ ആണ് കുറെ നാൾ കണ്ട ചേച്ചിയുടെ ഈ ഉപ്പുമാവ് റെസിപി നെറ്റിൽ ഒന്നൂടെ സെർച്ചു ചെയ്തു കണ്ടു പിടിച്ചു അതു പോലെ ദേ ഇപ്പോ ഉണ്ടാക്കി നോക്കി . പൊതുവെ ഉപ്പ്മാവ് വല്യ താൽപ്പര്യം ഇല്ലാത്ത എനിക്ക് ഇത് വല്യ ഇഷ്ടായി . ഞാൻ ഇതിൽ extra add ചെയ്തത് കുറച്ചു nuts ആണ് മോന് കഴിക്കാൻ വേണ്ടി . ഒരുപാട് നന്ദി ചേച്ചി ഇനിയും ഇത് പോലുള്ള റെസിപി പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നു .

I don't think you've to worry about dislikers...they are not even worth mentioning. One recommendation from my side would be the video shows the chef only at the beginning , then throughout the video it was just the cooking part. It's always good to show the chef also in between the cooking process. For an example while frying the semolina flour we can show the chef talking about Upma and how special it is. Viewers will fell like a human talking to them eye to eye, rather restricting her in the audio instructions. :)
