"There are no wrong answers" and "there are no stupid questions" are phrases in meetings that I always take as challenges.

This scene is gold. I wish they filmed more than just this scene (and his hilarious failed attempt at an apology)

The only thing this scene needs is Roger Furlong coming in and roasting all of them. Roger: "Oh, do they know? Laurel and Retardy?!" (Season 2, Episode 5)
@CrashB1113 жыл бұрын
Roger was only a dick in private, he was 100% capable of spraying the nice juice around when he needed to. Jonah is just straight a moron.

Rewatching this is just amazing, even beats The Office, given the fact that this show has become reality nowadays!

The funniest part isn’t that sensitivity training is real it’s that Jonah is socially retarded and horrible

My favorite pet of this video is all the commenters who think Jonah Ryan, a character made to be as horrible, narcissistic, and offensive as humanly possible, and believe he’s in the right.

because people prefer that over a lying POS reading a teleprompter-fed speech written by shitheads to appeal to as many focus groups as possible.
@AniruddhaShankarАй бұрын
You're familiar with the common phrase "rule of thumb" right? It's perfectly normal and inoffensive now. Now imagine that some guy talked down to you and told you that you can't use that word because it refers to the maximum width of a stick you could legally beat your wife with. Are you a wife beater? Do you support domestic violence? In all probability, of course not. And using or not using that word doesn't change the amount of domestic violence or increase or decrease how permissible it is one bit. But despite all these arguments, you're told you're wrong, you're bad and you support domestic violence if you continue to use "rule of thumb" in any context, in any group, under any circumstances. And then what happens is that people start to lose their jobs over a phrase you've heard and used your entire life without once supporting domestic violence. The Veep is appealing in part because it shows people talking freely without horrible and immediate consequence, something that has been taken away from us.

I think the word just became a symbolic issue for powerful groups that feel they're doing the right thing.

Not gonna lie, I'd vote for Jonah Ryan. I don't have any faith that he or any other candidate would actually do any good for anyone, but I would find great amusement in every time he made an off color comment.
