Join me as I venture further into the mystical world of Rimworld Magic! In this episode, I spent 200 days mastering magical elements and battling new threats. Can we harness our newfound powers to survive against wind elementals and defeat the relentless mechanoids? With the hardest difficulty setting, every spell and strategy counts. This was played on Rimworld 1.5 with the Royalty, Ideology, Biotech and Anomaly DLC enabled. The difficulty is the losing is fun preset on 500% threat with the Randy Random storyteller. If you can get a summoner, they are quite good. They can summon some minions to help around the base, summon magical defense turrets, place down magical bombs, and summon elementals to fight for you

You are not a magician, you are master at: organ harvesting, child labour, killing machines, building bases, raiding neighbours, surviving a food poisoning (impossible) and too cool to eat with a table that you eat a wood to make a table inside of you, I think? Little tip: when you attack an outpost or a base with turrets, take out the energy supply to the turrets, not the turrets themselves. If they are deactivated, you can claim the turrets and take them with you.

Tip #2 Take smoke luncher with you, so you can advance on turrets not being shot on.

@@jaruakijal3128 depends. If you are attacking at night or during an eclipse, solar panels are of course not working. Then you can take out the batteries and deactivate multiple turrets easily.

This is magic series right please focus on the magical aspect of the game. If you collect 500 magisterial then you can artificially give magically Gifted traits to your colonist. You should make it a goal to get all your colonist become various types of mages. Also you can craft unfinished magic books give your colonist various magic classes like enchanter, time mage, etc. You can even create portals to your outposts. But it should be your base.

You need a Necromancer. It's a late-game OP mage. As long as you level them up regularly, they can continue to raise dead that act as slaves but can't rebel. In the late game, you could easily control 20 undead slave pawns. I use them as laborers and my undead melee hoard. Swarming a village with undead is a great time. Love your videos,l.

When you get a magically gifted pawn let them write in the book so the class is random if silver writes in it you get a second fire mage but if a magically gifted classless pawn writes in it you get more diversity.

I love Rimworld of Magic, but unfortunately I have to blacklist it as a mod from most of my modlists due to severe bugs. For example one of the worst ones was a consciousness integer overflow bug caused by the Frost Mage's aura that would result in random deaths for no reason. It's a mod I wish I could use, but won't because of the bugs.

Hey Veequeue, you need to tweak your auto slaughter settings a bit to allow the slaughter of pregnant animals. It doesn’t work the way you think it does. Pawns will start with the oldest animal to slaughter first and more often than not that animal is pregnant so you end up overrun with females animals.

you dont need a mage to write a book the gemcrafting table has gems you can make to give the trait to people and letting them read a unwriten book you will get a random class instead
