Hi Barbell! I respectfully disagree with some of the points mentioned in the video. My issue is that many focus on “calorie in and calorie out” theory but not on “hormonal/metabolic” theory. Also, very often anti nutrients are neglected. I would be happy to discuss with you any contradictions we have. At the end of the day we want to help as many people as possible. God bless. 😊

Telugu superhuman channel is not fitness channel, he to research a lot. And his channel helped me in my studies. We have to respect him because he may become civil servant in future

initially, I followed the keto diet for 6 months I felt good and reduced fat content, but there were some problems including hair loss and skin allergies, I discontinued due to 1) it is not possible to continue kito diet till entire life, even one day if you consume carbs than back to normal weight 2) cost of expenditure for food items is enormous 3 times higher than what we consume daily for ghee, coconut oils, butter, dry fruits, veggies, meat, etc. 3) lot of side effects. at present, I am following the calorie deficit methods including some home-based exercises. don't be lazy, eat less, drink water more, and work more.

Nenu 2 months chesanu 14 kg lost 2020may started... Ended with july. Now 2023july I just regained 4kgs till now I am eating normal food n am healthy. Still . eating normal food ... Constipation I accept but not major issues I faced....less intake got less output ...😅

Hormonal activity also plays vital role, the main reasons to follow viramachineni diet when you take fat leptins activates which reduces your cravings so that you can't take more food which I have witnessed. I agree to you I had gone through the constipation and ketoflu but I'm the one who was unable to control my cravings. So I am doing this.

I followed VRK diet for two months and lost 20kgs an year ago(without any workouts), what do you say for this? and by the way, VRK diet is not for lifetime you can follow it from 1-3 months until you get desired weight.I would recommend VRK diet for weight loss in a healthy and tasty way😉

Telugu superhuman diet as many scientific proofs .I have done research on my own after hearing to him what he said is absolutely correct. Eating mutton means it will have 25-30grams of protein per serving which makes u stomach full and its enough for body no need of eating rice. Just do your research perfectly before questioning others

Nenu keto diet chesi almost 24 kgs tagga but malli 1.5 yr Motham weight naku venakk vachindi with additional 3 kgs . So idhi kadhu ani I did calorie deficit diet na own ga chesa then I lost 12 kgs in 3 months with moderate exercise So unless u follow diet which is sustainable in long run don't do it

By only eating less body glucose is not going down. Person who eats six idlis, iif he eats 2 idlis even then the body glucose reading is high and not much difference in reading. But if oil is consumed the glucose reading dint increase and energy levels were good all day long

Moderation is the key, whether it is food, water, sleep, or the air which you breathe. Everything should be in moderation( not having more or less) Anything in excess gives you lethargy and if the consumption is less you will feel fatigued, So mostly avoid refined and processed food intake in your diet and have meat, vegetables, dairy products in moderation following with exercises (cardio, yoga or gym)

Whats more important eating less or eating neat. I feel very weak when i do calorie deficit and find it very difficult to workout. What should i do to overcome the weakness caused due to less food. I believe gaining more muscle burns fat and that is possible through high protein food . ( a high protein food with a balanced diet= high calories) . Please explain

Talking only about diet , superhuman diet or keto or veeramachineni diet is basically keto diet.. Keto diet is recommend for people with serious insulin resistance or diabetics and in some cases to people dealing with cardio-vascular problem. However most youth who are obese had the problem of insulin resistance ( problem is over usage of simple and refined carbs in addition with lack of activity) Keto is a complicated diet. In any diet if your bowel moment is not smooth or you get constipated bloated, weight loss slows down or eventually stops. There are variants in keto , there are healthy variants as well. You need to discuss with your Nutrionist or doctor to have a smooth keto experience.

but insulin resistance entha reverse ayindi anedi matter yikkada, after weight loss, that's is real truth..it doesn't reverse by so called normal diet. when damage is more you need such restricted diet for fixing the issue.. If you just want to manage the condition,so called normal diet is fine.. Fancy diet lu anevi emi, undavu, as per the requirement, you need to change the strategy based on science. Calirie deficit is not easy unless you bring down blood sugar levels and tap into body fat. Otherwise you are just starving.

Hello am watching all your videos ...one observation if it is VRK diet....he is clearly giving information in 3 hours video ....as per his diet we have to give 1500 calories ....but many are in hurry to go for fast weight loss they may be consuming very less calories.....but reducing calories in carbohydrates consumption diet ... for me it didn't work out brother ....

If the whole goal is to move the scale, don’t eat and starve. You will lose lot of weight. If you start exercising today, you can continue doing it even if you get old. Older people can try doing body weight exercises. Exercise is key after diet. Next, watch the video again. You cannot lose weight by eating whatever you want, you have to eat less than what you burn. There is no magical food where you eat whatever you want and still lose weight. The number and timeline he is putting out there are not possible, I decided the numbers. And I never claimed that he said to eat less. I am saying eat less. That is the only way. Protein + Fat + Carbs. Have all of them in the order given. There are no bad macros.
