This looks good, want to definitely try it. But please clear my doubt first 1. Which chillies are used for the chilly paste? 2. What is the difference between tikha lal mirch powder and red chilly powder?

kashmiri dry chillies for chilli paste. red chilli powder is spicy, kashmiri red chilli powder is not soo spicy but gives beautiful colour. Do try the recipe and let us know how did you like it.
