Thanks for this recipe. Every other cooker biryani calls for pressure cooking on high flame. Pretty much destroys the vegetables. With this one, the roasting plus pressure cooking on medium heat means the vegetables have just the right amount of bite. Also, adding paneer while layering instead of the marinade makes things easier.
