Here I am coming with recipe of vegetable cheese roll or frankie roll. An all time favourite roll simply loaded with saute crunchy veggies of your choice.
Adding cheese and herbs will totally leave your mesmerized.

Cooking time: 30mins
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
For dough:
2 cup maida
2 tbsp oil
salt
water
For stuffing:
3 medium size onion
1 capsicum
1 carrot
1 cabbage
2tbsp oil
Salt to taste
1 tbsp mix herbs
1 tbsp chilli flakes
1/2 tsp black salt
1/2 tsp black pepper powder]
Processed cheese
