I always made same kinda soup but never added lemon grass just lemon peel and freshly squeezed lemon juice , 2 kinds of mushrooms one is enoki and big Japanese one I forgot it’s nameI also add Tofu and boiled egg towards the end. I think my soup is between Thai Coconut and Japanese Ramen🤔 I will try adding lemon grass from now on, thanks for recipe.

Your recipe sounds good, but extra lemon peels gives bitter taste to soup, lemon grass stem gives very unique flavors to coconut soup, please give it try and share your feedback Thank you so much for watching 😊😊
