Ingredients for veg kofta curry
Soya Chunks 1/2 cup
Paneer 70 gms
Boiled potatoes 2 big size
ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp
green chilli crushed 1/2 tsp
kaju
kishmish
kashmiri red chilli powder as per your taste add masala
roasted cumin powder
chana masala
chaat masala powder
kitchen king masala
salt
sugar
bread crumbs 1/2 cup
whole wheat flour 3 - 5 tbsps ( as required can be increased )
Tandoori Gravy
Mustard Oil
Hing
3 tbsps besan
Whole kuta garam masala
Kasoori Methi
Garlic crushed
Ginger Crushed
2 onions
bread crumbs
kaju
kishmish
hot water 11/2 cup
malai 3 tbsps
3 tomatoes
1/2 cup curd
coriander powder
kashmiri red chilli powder as per your taste add masala
roasted cumin powder
pav bhaji masala
chaat masala powder
secret mix masala
kasoori methi
mustard oil
green chilli
coriander leaves
