DESCRIPTION
VEGETABLE RAITA FOR BIRYANI
INGREDIENTS
Curd: 1 cup
Onion: 1 finely chopped
Tomato: 1 finely chopped
Carrot: 1 small carrot (Grated)
Green chilies: 2
Coriander Leaves: 5 to 6 finely chopped
Salt to taste
PREPARATION:
1. Mix the curd to make the smooth paste.
2. Add salt to curd and mix well.
3. Now add onions, tomatoes, carrot, green chilies and coriander leaves.
4. Mix all the ingredients.
5. Raita is ready to serve.
