Veg sizzler recipe || वेज़ सिज़लर

Sizzlers get their unique name by the sizzling sound produced during its service on a hot plate. Serving on a hot cast iron plate also gives these dishes grilled flavors. Not sure where it originated, maybe it comes from the Japanese art of cooking but every cuisine has added different variations to it. My recipe resembles Indian art, which included lots of colors due to vegetables, and it mostly consists of 4-5 parts. Serving is a really critical step and, in my experience, also keep noodles 🍝 as simple as possible. I have described it in the video on how to serve it correctly and keep the noodles simple. This way, you can enjoy the sizzling sauce's flavors. Noodles can also be replaced with fried rice. You can have it as lunch and as dinner 🍽 too because it is substantial and super delicious🤤.

1st part (For noodles)

Noodles: 200 gm
Olive oil: 1 tbsp for boiling
1 tbsp for frying noodles
Salt: 1 tbsp
Spring onion: 1 (just green part)
Garlic: 2-3
2nd parts (For veggies)

Oil: 1 tbsp
Garlic: 3-4
Ginger: 1 inch
Onion: 1
Carrot: 1
Broccoli 🥦: 1/4 cup
Mushrooms 🍄 : 1/2 cup
Beans: 5-6
Paneer: 150 gm
Salt: 1 tsp
Black pepper powder: 1 tsp
3rd part ( sizzler sauce)

Olive oil: 1 tbsp
Garlic: 5-6
Ginger: 1 inch
Green chili: 2-3
Soya sauce: 1 tbsp
Vinegar: 1 tbsp
Tomato ketchup: 1 tbsp
Chili sauce: 1/2 tbsp
Water: 1 and 1/2 cup
Salt: 1 tsp
Black pepper powder: 1 tsp
Corn starch: 2 tbsp
For garnishing veg sizzler
