Sauce over cheese is a Detroit-style pizza thing, which is most easily recreated at home in a cast iron pan, hence the social media photos. The dishes here look delicious, and sure to satisfy a special sweetie on Valentine's Day, or just your family and friends, so thanks for posting!

I would have put Italian herbs on the pizza. Dried basil, oregano and thyme yumm
