I appreciate that you talk about the niche recipes that try and do too much. I still remember seeing coconut sugar for the first time and being perplexed. It’s hard enough as is for beginners. No need to complicate it.

Great video again, Natalia! On Long Island, I usually find all those ingredients at Stop & Shop or Walmart. I’ve been buying Earth Balance from Walmart for years.
