Vegan sprinkles are awesome . I would say oven baked also work . You just put a vessel of boiling water in the oven when baking and pool it out something like fifteen minutes before your baked goods are ready and if you will dip them in the mixture of oil and margarine one to one part or aquafaba even better if available before final proofing , it gives crispiness , a final and look as if the were dip fried . :))) .

A couple of great ideas from this one recipe. The homemade sprinkles will come in great with the 5 -line speciality tip. This way I can make then for my favorite sports team and made donuts in various shapes and colors. Next years super bowl is not going to be the same. I can not wait the six weeks until I get home to try some of these great recipes out. Pure torture you know having to wait so long.

I'll have to make these. My mom used to make me Boston cream pie for my birthday. Then, when Betty Crocker or whoever stopped making the boxed Boston cream pie, the go to cake was Devil's Food with fluffy white frosting. Memories!!!!!

I’m new to your Chanel and loving it!! I admire that your Chanel is in line with your morals. I do have a question tho regarding the flax egg I see you use a lot. I do a LOT of baking that is of course all vegan too yet I never use an egg substitute of any kind for cakes. I’m just wondering if you’ve tried it without.

Hi Thanks!! I have used many (if not all) of the egg replacers out there, all with different results. I do stick to the flax for most of my recipes though, since so many people can barely get that! I don't want to confuse things and make it harder to bake vegan for the masses. Those look so good. Can you taste the turmic in that custard. Reason I ask is cause I use it to cook curry, an it can make the food bitter if you add to much. Those look amazing, I need to make my husband some tomm. God Bless, Happy Valentines Day.
