Have since tried the same dishes at Chinese Noodle Restaurant and Noodle Pot in Haymarket. Xi'an still reigns supreme! Their signature cold noodle dish is simply a monster of a dish! 😂👍

Wouldn't most of the noodles still contain fish/oyster sauce, chicken stock, etc? I've found most asian restaurants don't consider these ingredients non-vegan.
