I am a vegan 9 year old girl and I have got so many vegan places I can enjoy pho at from this video. Please do more videos ! I have tried a pho at the Golden Lotus and I loved it! I really want to go to Eat Fuh and Vina Vegan!

hey liz! fellow viet vegan here! I just wanted to let u know that the pho we are used to in sydney generally hails from the southern vietnamese style where the broth is generally dark and stronger in flavour whereas the northern vietnamese style pho tends to have a clearer broth and more simple taste, with less garnishes also. Phd's original name is based on a city in the north if I am not mistaken so i am guessing that they had a northern take on that vegan pho. So, authenticity wise im not sure if thats the case, depends on what part of vietnam the chef was taking his approach from. someone else correct me if im wrong here?

Pho is one of my favourite dishes ever! I love making it. I am literally making broth now for making soup tomorrow. It tastes so much better when the broth marries!

I love that Hello Auntie and Eat Fuh are basically next door, although they're very different vibes. Hello Auntie is more nice restaurant and Eat Fuh is easy going. I like both but I don't like Eat Fuh puts huge wedges of cabbage in their Pho
