The way you use coconut milk seems like a great idea! My favorite pastry is samosa . But this karipap looks easier to make, less greasy and promisingly delicious with your special vegan filling! Thank you, Sanjana!

Not really, curry puffs have their own unique ingredients and history. That’s a bit like calling a croissant a paratha.
