As a vegan, the best egg replacement is tofu scrambled with an assortment of seasonings to give it a nice flavor. Commonly turmeric for color, nutritional yeast, garlic, onion, and chili powder. Its very good with vegan sausage and avocado toast. A lot of these examples are to use as a substitute for non vegan recipes like cookies or breads and not to use on their own.

The foam Farmer most egg replacements are just meant to replicate the moisture and binding properties you would get using eggs in baking - they go basically completely neutral in other foods. The first 4 products here _are_ marketed as being usable as eggs though (for scrambles primarily). They’re all a little difficult to cook to a good texture though - there’s a learning curve

Was any tofu used in making those vegan eggs? Haven't tried but chickpea juice (when there in jars) is supposed to be a good egg substitute. Did used apple juice + extra backing soda, in baking worked well. Have you done a which (bird) eggs make the best scrambled eggs?

Aquafaba (chickpea juice in cans or jars) is not scrambleable, it's purely for baking or for an egg wash type application

You guys need a vegan with kitchen skills to prepare your vegan food for you. There’s a bit of a learning curve with some vegan food because we haven’t been learning how to make vegan eggs from our grandparents. I can tell by the appearance that some rookie mistakes were made with at least a couple of these.
