Loved this video, perfect amount of time spent showing each place without going overboard. Kept me super interested :) Taking my vegan mum to Thailand next year and wanted to see what options she will have, thanks for the tips!

I'm headed there on Sunday, and I can't wait! Vietnam has been great for vegan food, but the options are certainly not as varied! Here's to vegan ice cream, cheese, and more in my future! :D

I wish, but I'll be doing conference things all day tomorrow. Plus, we've got to be up for a 5am meditation before we leave the center, so I suspect I'm going to be pretty spent by the afternoon! Can I get a water park rain cheque for next month? :D

do you know how much tourist visas would cost through a given year? I thought it was only around maybe 200 usd but someone said 1000.
@VeganTravel7 жыл бұрын
For most countries, no visa is required from Thailand for stays under 30-days.

VeganTravel But what if you stay long term on tourist visas?
@VeganTravel7 жыл бұрын
Longer stay visa requirements are different for each country. For example, U.S. citizens need to pay an additional 1,900 Baht for each 30-day extension up to 90-days, while retirees can stay for up to a year. Visitors wanting to say over 30-days should check with Thailand's visa requirement for your country. That info is usually available on either the Thailand official site, and/or each country's official state website.

VeganTravel do you have to get extensions or can you just keep getting new tourist visas? it seems bizarre to pay 1900 baht for 30 days when the 2 month tourist visa is 1000? sorry for all of this i couldnt find some info on the sites, im from the states btw.

Sorry Mark, none of us on the VeganTravel team has ever stayed in Thailand longer than a month.

Oh no! I'm so sad you didn't have a good experience at Pun Pun. I went the other day and really enjoyed the food. I sat outside though so I didn't see dead critters. Shucks!

It's weird because we heard so many great things about it and it's a shame it was so disappointing.

jay does not mean vegan but it derives from Indian Jain religion who practice ahimsa, witch is non violence. But otherwise, love your videos-
