Thank you so much! My husband grew up in Southern Thailand, so he is fluent. The rest of us are pretty new to the country and are learning a little bit at a time. 😅 We love Thailand and it’s people! 7-11 is a whole vibe - how will we ever live without it? ❤️

I would recommend minimizing consumption of fried food as well. Vegetable oil is highly inflammatory, especially the reused one.

I used to work in Thailand and while initially i was taken in by the different foods, within a short time, the novelty wore off.. later i just ate fruits and veggies.....thai food is extremely oily, they add sugar and coconut to almost everything and reuse the oil....plus one day i developed food poisoning and i stopped buying street food..unless it was fruits and veggies....the one thing that i liked is that thai food is spicy and hot....and hence i do eat a lot of spicy chillies-no matter what food i buy......i did end up marrying a thai girl and she turned out to be the worst cook ever.....absolutely atrocious...and she herself prefers canadian food- which i must say is rather bland
