I had to stop being vegan for my recovery as exclusion of any foods was making me restrict more food and revert to ED behaviours. I had to unfollow a lot of vegan youtubers because I found their content to be too focused on how their way of eating is superior. That being said I can watch you everyday. You give off such a chill and good vibes around food and in general! Thank you 🥰

tip for next time you make ramen - cook/soak the noodles separately, put them in the bowl first then top with veggies/tofu etc and then pour the broth over the top, it stops the noodles getting over cooked and soggy (especially if you’re reheating leftovers, store the noodles and soup separately in the fridge!) and get miso if you can because game changer

hello! I don’t read it as a hate comment as it aware of what my eyebrows look like! but I think the reason people are responding because regardless of whether it is intentional or not - it is unnecessary to comment on someone’s appearance or say what you see, and it can be quite harmful because it 1. Could be a big source of insecurity for someone and this makes it worse or 2. They could be happy with themselves and these comments make them feel otherwise! No offence taken from me ofc but it’s just something to think about in the future before commenting on someone’s appearance xxx
