I am Italian by birth. Moved to the US with my parents when I was barely 4. I recently became vegan and am so happy to find your channel. Before I became vegan, I would tell people that true italian cooking includes a lot of vegetables and little meat. The American vegan recipes made me feel like I was missing things I really like. Da riminese confermo che è proprio così che andrebbe fatta la piadina con l'olio, se la fate spesso vi consiglio al posto della padella antiaderente di investire in un testo romagnolo che fornisce la superficie perfetta per cuocerla
