I'm gonna make these and your egg nog cinnamon rolls for Xmas morning! I didn't have money to buy gifts this year so I'm just bringing breakfast:) I live in the American state New Mexico and a huge part of our culture and cuisine is locally grown green chile so I'm gonna make some of the puff pastries with green chile and cheddar! Can't wait!

Thank you for the awesome holiday recipe's. Also love Greg's on your website recipe's. Was wondering if you had any recipe's for holiday flavor syrups for coffee's. Not many choices of flavored holiday creamers that are vegan try to make my own for any guests and family that want a holiday twist to their coffee . Been trying to figure some out during the lockdowns last year. Happy holidays to you both!

Kahlua is not vegan because of the sugar they use, but Tia Maria is vegan 😉

This^^ It's good to frequently check your go-to alcohol processes as they change often enough. For example, Girls Night Out used to be vegan friendly, now their processing is not. When it's processing only (and not part of the recipes, like the sugar) all of the egg, bone, etc gets filtered out. Most vegans wouldn't be okay with this though, and I surely do not support the unnecessary "need" to process unethically.
