Vegan Lasagna like you never knew!!! Sridevi Jasti with Amala Akkineni & her mother Meitim Connolly.

Here it is finally. One of the most sought after dish from my kitchen here at Vibrant Living. I created this seemingly simple, yet amazing dish nearly a decade ago. It was as unconventional then as it is today - no cheese, no pasta and yet you call it Lasagna?!! Beets, Nuts, Apple Cider Vinegar and select spices - And nothing else. Seriously!!!?
So would say every one who hear of this for the first time... until they taste it! And boy did they taste it. One of my proudest dishes held closest to my heart and had the ravest of feedbacks from my family, friends and guests alike - whether in Hyderabad, Toronto or Tuscany. :)
Of course I wouldn't part my most cherished recipe in spite of sincere requests and not so gentle threats from many who ate it! But when a dear friend's mom asked the recipe, I couldn't say no! I hope you get to enjoy it as much I did sharing with two of the coolest women I know.

This is amazing great, her name is Teresa , she was my friend, I did an airline ticketing course in Parsan complex in Chennai, she is an awesome soul , even we all went for a movie ' GHANDHI' Amala was with us, omg I recalled all the memories, I am from Malaysia, dont know whether she remembers me still.
