Whatever you guys doing is great..and you preferred to speak in English that's also okay but don't change Telugu words according to your comfort. It's ' rotte' not 'rotti', munjalu not munjulu. Telugu ki tegulu pattinchakandi please.

About accent varies you mentioned, she is already talking rest of her telugu conversation with that 'slang' and I totally accept, when they are representing traditional dish n Telugu language..they can't be go wrong and should put an effort, it promotes false meaning among lakhs of people and also in any language we can't change the words we can pick the accent.

Rotte is common in rayalaseema and rotti in andhra (vizag n vijaynagaram etc) I know because I have my close family members from both the areas...and also I remember saying munjulu only. So we can't say what we pronounce should be followed by everyone else,people from different areas speak the same word in different ways..there's nothing wrong in that.

I have a doubt... anything made of thati gujju is going to taste bitter when it is hot. After cooling them for 2-3 hours only we can actually taste the sweetness. How come you are not mentioning that.

Sreedevi Garu, cooking food in Oven is not healthy. The rays kill all the nutrients in food.... You can explore this in web n show us the recipes using alternative method,,,, we can bake in cooker or pan on stove.... Usually I make pizza on Tawa.... Or using wok.... Please throw some insight on this topic....

Microwave oven is not healthy, as you said rays reason but they used convection oven for cooking muffins and it is definitely not a problem
