Vegan Masak Lemak Cili Padi

Curry Paste:
4 medium red onions
6 cloves of garlic
1.5 inch (thumbsize) fresh turmeric
4 kaffir lime leaves
15 cili padi (more or less according to your taste)
1/4 cup or 60ml water (for blending)
4 stalks of lemongrass, bruised
2 tbsp or more cooking oil
1 large potato, cubed
1 small head of broccoli
4 small eggplants
10 long beans
320g or 4 blocks of firm tofu, frozen and thawed
1/2 cup or 200g cooked and shelled edamame
200ml coconut cream
750ml water
1 tsp mushroom seasoning - shp.ee/e3q53mx
Salt to taste
MSG to taste (optional)
For garnishing:
1 fresh turmeric leaf, sliced finely
1 red chili, sliced finely
