The right time to talk to your kids about M is elementary school . 4th grade. Because girls are starting their menstrual that early. And boys start their “Attitude Change symptoms” between ages 8-12. Be honest don’t cap! Let them know “You’re at the age where your body is going to start to feel different sensations they may not be used to., and it’s perfectly normal to feel those sensations. Because their body is changing as they get older hair growth, smell etc….. And assure them it’s ok to touch wherever they are feeling certain things by themselves. Not ok for anyone else. Because they are going to do it anyway. With that said be realistic and think about what you felt with your body as a child. You may have felt certain things you didn’t know what it was because no one explained it to you nor had the talk about S. Don’t make your child feel gross about themselves or make them feel bad.

People think indulgences should only be paid for in cash and not EBT and should be reserved for skinny people! 🙄😒🤮 People should be able to buy whatever they want without someone monitoring their diet! If a plus size person "doesn't need" snacks and junk food, neither does a skinny person! They shouldn't have to buy sweets and snacks in cash! Everyone should be able to afford whatever indulgences they want and pay for it with EBT too! And if people take issue with "junk/fast food" vs. healthy food, close down EVERY fast food joint NATIONWIDE, get rid of junk food and snacks in ALL stores nationwide and ONLY make "healthy" food available and make it affordable!
