Vegan Pancakes Restaurant & BUFFET in the Netherlands!

I just spent a week in the Netherlands, with time in Amsterdam, The Hague, and Rotterdam. I ate all vegan food and only made it to one of the restaurants (Soil) on this list. I think that shows how prevalent great vegan food is there! I wish I had this list while I was there. Guess I’ll just have to go back! 😊

Yeah they all closed like within a month of each other (along with the cheese shop too within that month) 😣😔, Mooshka also closed recently too now 😔, Amsterdam's restaurants are struggling 😩
