I made this recipe and followed it exactly my family enjoyed it for the holidays. They couldn't believe it was vegan, my daughter loved it because it was something she could eat.😊

dude, my favorite thanksgiving dish was my mom's pumpkin cheesecake. i haven't had it for the last five years, since i got my autoimmune diagnosis. this recipe is something to be thankful for this year, preciate it :)

I made this one before the holidays to trial it and it was absolutely the best pumpkin cheesecake we’ve had vegan or otherwise. I’ll make two more this Thanksgiving and another variation of this with apple crumble. The tofutti has the perfect consistency

This looks amazing! I'm a sucker for cheesecake and this looks like a delicious combination of pumpkin pie and cheesecake. A cashew-based cheesecake would be great, since I can't always get the vegan cream cheeses where I live.

Nothing better than a vegan, pumpkin cheesecake. Tofutti is super expensive where I live, so I usually just use tofu and fresh pumpkin puree, but this looks like it tastes much more like cheesecake with that tang. Also, you watch The Preppy Kitchen too?! He is so sweet, cute, and his homestead is incredible!

I have made a cheesecake before from another youtuber. I used violife and it worked out well. I think that one is coconut based. It has a sweeter taste than the daiya I was going to use.

If it doesn't set, (but I think it will) just serve it crust side up and call it "Pumpkin Crumble" or "Pumpkin Pudding" 😉

I would try this in another flavor. I’m not a pumpkin fan or a fan of the spices used in pumpkin things. But it still looks great!

I just made a pecans pie cheesecake for thanksgiving. So I’m going to have to wait for Christmas to try this one. If I could afford the calories, I’d eat cheesecake everyday.

I know the answer is probably, sorry there isn't one that will work nearly as well, but is there a substitute you can use for the Tofutti? I'd want to make it for someone with a soy allergy. I know half the reason Tofutti is the first choice is because the tofu sets so well so there probably isn't a good sub.

Would you say it taste like Non vegan pumpkin cheesecake. I made it once not this recipe but another I found and it didn’t taste great and no one ate it… 😒 this looks great I may have to try this for Xmas

I’ve never had a non-vegan one but my wife and neighbors devoured it so I think it’s pretty dang good! Texture wise it’s very much half pumpkin pie / half cheesecake.

I didn’t realize Trader Joe’s brand cream cheese was coconut based until it was too late (it’s Christmas Day and there’s no turning back). My cheesecake definitely did not set. I’m going to let it cook and freeze it to see if I can salvage it at all but my hopes are low. 😩 To make it a no bake would I literally just put it in the fridge instead of the oven or so I need to alter the recipe at all? Wish I would have done that instead.

Ah I've been wa ting cheesecake lately. I really like the newest trader Joe's vegan cream cheese but I've found it doesn't cook well. Gonna have to try a no bake version with it.

I didn't know vegan whipped cream existed until now...... I make smoothies every day to get that fruit intake in, and I stopped using whipped cream even though I used to always put a bunch in. Now I feel stupid for not looking for vegan whipped cream lol.

Please do vegan milkshakes, hot chocolate, and pasta dishes that always require heavy cream which seems impossible to find a good vegan one (I hate silk’s heavy whipping cream), such as alfredo, Cajun pasta, stroganoff

I was going to like this but decided to not when you were so quick to push or support the lazy and non-environmentally friendly method of prep, the parchment paper. And they have reusable covers now, you should try them.
