Oh my gawwwwwwwd. This was incredible! It's great without the caramel sauce too (I was too lazy to make it). For those who are gluten free, I used the following substitutes with success: For the crust I used 50%/50% oat flour and white rice flour. For the filling and the topping I used just white rice flour.

I’ve baked this cake twice already and I can’t stress with words how delicious this is! I’ve gotten so many compliments and it always make me feel like it’s not me to compliment but you!
