VEGAN SHAKE SHACK BURGER | The best way to prepare a beyond burger

Ingredients-
Sauce:
2 tbsp vegan mayo
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp dill pickle brine
Burger:
1 package of Beyond Burger patties
1 tomato
1 small yellow onion
Dill pickle chips
Green leaf lettuce
3 tbsp vegan butter
salt/pepper/garlic powder to taste
Rosemary steak fries:
3-4 Yukon gold potatoes
3 sprigs of rosemary
1 tbsp olive oil
salt/pepper/garlic powder to taste
