Why are so many people obsessed with how much protein vegans get? I had mine tested in April and I’m not deficient after 10 years vegan and mostly whole food

I know! It's really annoying. It shows the lack of education some people have about nutrition. Most veg has protein.

You can have two hi fi bars for your healthy extra b or they are 3 syns each.Eat more legumes and edamme beans for your protein

Don't forget to eat more protein such as lentils or beans and you should have a small amount of fat such as half an avocado or a small handful of walnuts. Even on a diet you need some essential fats 😚

How on earth are you getting by on just veggies? You must only be getting about 20g of protein per day. Are you not super hungry/tired?

Hey there ! Thank you for your message, I’ve been vegan for some time now and before slimming world I was already eating lots of veg with processed fake meats for example. All I have done is cut the fake meats really and added lentils, beans or tofu. Veggies are full of protein too. Are you vegan ? X
