Hi Elspeth. Watching your video from South Africa. I recall you saying that you are from South Africa too. You will then be familiar with gem squash. On the McDougall starch solution diet, do you know whether gem squash is a starch or a vegetable.?

Interesting recipe. You need a little bit of oil, even if you steem your veggies. I steem my veggies too, use a little bit of olive oil. For this recipe 1.5 tbsps. won't get anybody fat. Not you nor the other eaters. Salt too even if not much. Also you absolutely need to cut that middle vein from the cabbage leaves. Otherwise they are too tough and too big. It's a must. Sare, piper, mirodenii, si putintel ulei nu a omorat pe nimeni din cate stiu eu. Si veti ramane svelta precum vreti. Zi buna sa aveti!
